Zergam Rizvi (Imran), founder & Group Managing Director, Triliance Group is an enthusiastic, optimistic and passionate entrepreneur, businessman; he is the man behind the success and driving force of TrilianceGroup. Zergam has built the business from the scratch into a diversified business group having interest in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical business to Agro commodity , Foods & Beverages ,Import & Export, Distribution business in India .His core strength area is managing strategic growth while ensuring a level of profitability essential for generation of internal funds that fuel the rapid growth.
A first class degree holder in Business ManagementMBA, from prestigious NMIMS Mumbai &General Management program for young leaders International Business from prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore .Before stating his entrepreneurial journey, Zergam worked in Top MNC & Indian Banks such as HSBC, Standard Chartered, HDFC & Global Trust Bank as a senior level executive at various roles & responsibilities, handled Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Business & Retail Banking portfolio.
Over these years, he has strived to raise standards of customer expectations and passionately encouraged the team to focus on the "customer first" approach towards their every deliverable. His proficiency in managing a complex supply chain has been the driving force that delivered steady top line increments as well as bottom line accruals.
His passion for Environment & Clean India Mission, Zergam has associated with MK Aromatics Limited as Board of Directors, a company pioneered in converting plastic waste into fuel &addressing the menace of plastic waste littering across the country. He is passionately working to save the people & the planet by providing a sustainable solution by setting up Plastic Waste to Diesel / Fuel plant and convert plastic waste into valuable energy / fuel, Diesel , Petrol , Kerosene ,Wax, creating wealth , creating employment opportunities for unemployed , empowering weaker section of the society by engaging them in this project directly or indirectly and helping to make the clean& green environment for the society.

Abhay is a Management Graduate from prestigious Jawaharlal Lal Nehru University New Delhi. He is having more than 16 years of experience in business development,distribution, client relationship and team handing roles in Banking, Financial Services & Petrochemical Industry. Prior to joining Triliance Group, he has been associated with Castrol, Jovian Larks Petroleum and HDFC Bank Ltd.
Vice President – Agro
Vikas is a Post Graduate from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies Pune. He has over 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of FMCG & Agriculture products. He is specialized in exports of Food & Agro products to MENA Region (Middle East & North Africa Region). Prior to joining Triliance Group, he was associated with Cargill and based in Ghana & Dubai.
Vice President - Banana
Sandeep is a Post Graduate in Agriculture from the University of Agriculture Science Raichur. He has over 10 years' experience & has a rich background in agriculture sector especially in Banana Industry. Coming from a farmer's family background Sandeep understands everything from soil testing, plantation, how to get high yield from the farm by coordinating with experts from the agriculture sector, Agriculture department, Center for Agriculture Research Team , Asian Development Bank team . He handles and manages company owned farms as well as local farmers, contract farming, farmer sourcing, cutting , packing, pre cooling, transportation , warehouse & shipping through his team. He works very closely with the local farmers& farms and ensures high yield &best quality Banana production by adapting innovative technologies. Prior to joining Triliance, he was associated with Sahuji Maharaj Agriculture Co-operative society Ltd in Solapur Maharashtra.
Vice President – Foods & Beverages
Nadeem is a Management Graduate from Osmania University Hyderabad. He is having more than 15year experience in Marketing, Business Development, Distribution & Retail Management in Foods & Beverages Industry. He handles Foods& Beverages division and has developed a very good domestic market for Dates, Apple, Dry Fruits and Non Alcoholic Beverages. Prior to joining Triliance, he was associated with Parle Agro Ltd. Maharaj Agriculture Co-operative society Ltd in Solapur Maharashtra.
Head- Finance
Sarfaraz is a Post Graduate in Commerce from Lucknow University. He has more than 10 years of experience in Finance, accounts, financial planning, taxation. Prior to joining Triliance he worked in Kapoor Associates a Chartered Accountancy firm & HDFC Bank.

Anand is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years of post-qualification work experience in tax and regulatory aspects of corporate restructuring, transactions, Audit, Financial mergers & acquisitions. Anand is fondly called Agarwal Ji; He is in the advisory role in Triliance since 2015. He earlier worked in Richmond Group& Development Bank of Singaporeas Head Finance where he played a key role and had been a significant contributor to the Finance and Treasury function for multiple corporate functions including Controller, Debt / Treasury, Planning and Accounts.

Vahid brings almost 30 years of rich experience in Foods & Agro Industry from Germany, Turkey, France, Iran, Middle East & India. His knowledge, experience & advice bring lots of value in the growth of the company. He is an expert in Banana industry, has closely worked with Top most companies from Ecuador, Philippine, Thailand & Iran and developed a very good business in Iran, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Afghanistan & Persian Gulf Countries like UAE, Qatar, Iraq, Bahrain etc. He handles Triliance Group's Banana, Foods & Agro business in Iran & GCC Countries. He is based in Tehran IRAN.
