Bitumen

Bitumen is a hydrocarbon material with high viscosity and colloidal structure, and black to dark brown color and is completely dissolvable in Carbon Disulfide and Carbon Tetrachloride. Being impenetrable to moisture and water, electrical insulation, elasticity, moderate resistance against acids, bases and salts and adhesion to other materials are the most important features of bitumen.

The most production type of bitumen in the world is petroleum bitumen which is obtained from crude oil distillation and they are classified based on Penetration Grade (standard ASTM-D5).

Bitumen grades can be classified as follows:

Penetration Bitumen (30-40, 40-50, 60-70, 85-100, 80-100)
Viscosity Grade (VG-10, VG-20, VG-30, VG-40)
Cutback Bitumen (Rapid-Curing, Medium-Curing, Slow-Curing)
Emulsion Bitumen (CRS, CMS, CSS)
Oxidized Bitumen (75/30, 85/25, 85/40, 95/25, 105/35, 115/15)
Modified Bitumen

We are able to supply different kinds of bitumen according to the customer's needs.Iran's bitumen is one of the highest qualities in the world and at present Iran is the first exporter of bitumen in the Middle East and the fourth largest exporter in the world. This product has been exported to the Middle East market, South and East Asia, Africa and Europe.

We can supply bitumen with the best quality and different packing. Available packings are:

Bulk
New steel drum : 150kg, 180kg and 220kg
Jumbo bag : 1000kg, 500kg and 300kg

As we are registered in Iran Mercantile Exchange, we are able to supply and export bitumen from all Iranian bitumen refineries such as Jey oil refinery, Pasargad Refinery, Arak Refinery, Esfahan Refinery, Shiraz Refinery and Tehran Refinery based on our costumer's demand.
