Zergam Rizvi (Imran), founder & Group Managing Director, Triliance Group is an enthusiastic, optimistic and passionate entrepreneur, businessman; he is the man behind the success and driving force of TrilianceGroup. Zergam has built the business from the scratch into a diversified business group having interest in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical business to Agro commodity , Foods & Beverages ,Import & Export, Distribution business in India .His core strength area is managing strategic growth while ensuring a level of profitability essential for generation of internal funds that fuel the rapid growth.

A first class degree holder in Business ManagementMBA, from prestigious NMIMS Mumbai &General Management program for young leaders International Business from prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore .Before stating his entrepreneurial journey, Zergam worked in Top MNC & Indian Banks such as HSBC, Standard Chartered, HDFC & Global Trust Bank as a senior level executive at various roles & responsibilities, handled Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Business & Retail Banking portfolio.

Over these years, he has strived to raise standards of customer expectations and passionately encouraged the team to focus on the "customer first" approach towards their every deliverable. His proficiency in managing a complex supply chain has been the driving force that delivered steady top line increments as well as bottom line accruals.

His passion for Environment & Clean India Mission, Zergam has associated with MK Aromatics Limited as Board of Directors, a company pioneered in converting plastic waste into fuel &addressing the menace of plastic waste littering across the country. He is passionately working to save the people & the planet by providing a sustainable solution by setting up Plastic Waste to Diesel / Fuel plant and convert plastic waste into valuable energy / fuel, Diesel , Petrol , Kerosene ,Wax, creating wealth , creating employment opportunities for unemployed , empowering weaker section of the society by engaging them in this project directly or indirectly and helping to make the clean& green environment for the society.

Possessing excellent communication skills and able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders across the world.

Almas is a Business Management graduate from prestigious Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. She is also a Jewellery Designer, has persued advance course in Gemology& Diamond grading from prestigious Gemological Institute of India, GII Mumbai. She is a certified Gemologist & Diamond consultant.
